Terms of Service

Effective date: 02.11.2025 · Service provider: Polapps (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Welcome to FaceOne AI (“App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Polapps. By creating an account, using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, uploading photos, generating AI images, or purchasing credits/subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

You may sign in via Apple or Google. We rely on these providers to verify your identity.
You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
You may delete your account at any time at Faceon mobile application or by contacting info@faceone.online.

3. User Content (Your Photos) & AI Processing

You may upload photos to generate images. You retain ownership of your photos.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, and display your photos and outputs solely to provide and improve the App’s functionality.
To create outputs, we transmit photos to Google Gemini (Google AI) for processing. See Privacy Policy for details.
You can request deletion of uploaded photos and AI outputs inside the App or via Faceon mobile application. Technical/log audit copies may persist for a limited time for security and compliance.

4. Ownership of Outputs

Subject to third-party rights (e.g., you must not upload infringing content), we assign to you our rights in the AI outputs generated from your lawful inputs. You are responsible for how you use the outputs (including complying with platform rules, publicity rights, and applicable laws).

5. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or child-related content.
No infringement of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
No attempts to re-identify individuals or to create misleading impersonations.
No reverse engineering or misuse of the App or models.

6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers a credit system and optional Pro subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, trials, renewals, and refunds are governed by each store’s policies.
Credits may have usage limits and expiry as displayed in-app; they are not redeemable for cash and may be forfeited upon account closure.

7. Notifications

With your consent, we may send push notifications about feature updates, receipts, and service messages. You can control notification settings in your device OS.

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the App at any time. We can update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App and outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for risk, fraud, or abuse.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts of Poland will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
